INFINITE ABYSS

Take a step outside in the dark of night
gaze at the sky, stretch your arm up

and feel how close the stars are,

close enough to touch: close enough to kiss,

then will yourself to jump up and embrace,
that orange: no blue: no red ... no silver twinkle,

then feel that glow permeate your body.

I sat outside last night,

the cold breeze got me to look up to the sky,

I saw millions of glows and stretched my arms out to the infinite abyss

and  felt my heart fall calm & warm.

And so I realised 
maybe I did jump up and kiss the stars,

for I felt radiance within me,

I ignite with the night sky.
